Eenadu-Ushodaya Publications is recruiting HR Management Trainees

November 13: Ushodaya Publications, a part of Ramoji Group of companies is recruiting candidates for the posts of Management Trainees (HR). Ushodaya Publications is publishers of Eenadu daily in Andhra Pradesh. Applicants should have Post Graduation in Human Resource Management / Personnel Management from a reputed University / institute. Age should be between 22-26 years.

All the candidates should have good interpersonal skills and communication skills. Knowledge of computers is also an essential qualification. The selection process consists of written examination and personal interview.

Selected candidates will be given intensive training in all HR aspects including manpower planning, recruitment, salary administration, ensuring compliance with labour laws and management, HRD practices etc. Training period is one year. Candidates will get a stipend of Rs.12000 per month during training.

Selected candidates will have to work at any location in Andhra Pradesh. They should execute a bond for three years including one year of training.
